1. Parties
These terms constitute an agreement between the owner/developer of BilancoApp and the end user ("User") of the Service.
2. Scope of Service
BilancoApp is an application that enables digital management of apartment, site and building operations (income/expense tracking, fee calculation, reporting, document storage, tenant/owner management). The scope may change over time.
3. Account and Responsibility
The User agrees to register with accurate and current information and to keep account credentials confidential. The User is responsible for all activity under the account.
4. Prohibited Use
The User must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, must not attempt to compromise security, and must not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Fees and Plans
Part of the Service is offered free of charge; advanced features may be offered as paid plans. Fees and plan scopes are stated within the app. Refund/cancellation terms for paid subscriptions are governed by in-app agreements.
6. Intellectual Property
All source code, design, logos and content belong to BilancoApp. The User may not reproduce, distribute or modify such content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". BilancoApp is not responsible for errors in data entered by the User or incorrect calculations arising from such input. Data backup is the User's responsibility.
8. Suspension and Termination
BilancoApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Users may close their account at any time.
9. Help and Support
For technical support and usage help, please email info@bilancoapp.com. Support requests are processed during business hours and typically answered within 48 hours. You may also open a ticket from the "Support" section inside the app.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated terms become effective upon publication within the app.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
